What to Expect

Located on the 38th and 39th floors of the Heron Tower, it’s Japanese meets Brazilian, meets Peruvian cuisine at  SUSHISAMBA. Created by Executive Chef Claudio Cardoso, the new bar menu is inventive, colourful and exciting. And did we mention the views?

Kobe Sliders

What to Try

Go for the Picanha no Pao – bread with chorizo and cheese, or treat yourself to the Kobe Slider (pictured above) – with horseradish mayo, tomato and lettuce. This will be a meaty treat to remember. 

Then there’s the Salt and Pepper Squid, with loads of Japanese flavours – dry miso, shichimi, sea salt, crispy garlic and smoked soy.

If you love your rolls, look out for the El Topo with salmon, jalapeño, shiso and fresh melted mozzarella.

What to Drink

Cocktails! We love the Bincho Double Black Sour – dark and mysterious – with whisky, toasted coconut and spiced sugar shaken with Japanese citrus, egg white and activated charcoal. Or try the Kaffirinha, SUSHISAMBA’s take on the Brazilian classic, with fragrant Kaffir lime leaves infused in cachaça, with lime and sugar.
