Serves 2
 Prep time 5 mins
1 avocado
75g Blanched almonds (pre-cooked)
1 small handful of mint
juice of one lime
1 tsp Real Health Manuka honey
150ml mineral water
1 pinch of Himalayan sea salt
2/4 ice cubes


Peel and de-stone the avocado, cut into chunks. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blitz until smooth. Then serve!
