Patty & Bun – New Soho Opening

Food  /

Calling all burger lovers. It’s time: Patty & Bun will open its new burger spot today in the heart of Soho, on Old Compton Street.

This is Patty & Bun‘s fourth restaurant and the largest yet – it will take over the iconic cheap eatery Stockpot, which was there for 25 years.

Burger-lovers can expect the classics, such as the Ari Gold and Smokey Robinson, using the famous smokey mayo and oozing red Leicester. Plus, there’s the ‘Hot Chic’ chicken burger with buttermilk fried chicken, smothered in a smoked garlic aioli and topped with fresh coleslaw and pickled cucumbers.

P&B hot chic

Patty & Bun will create new bar snacks – there’s the Roast Chicken skin with maple syrup and Patty & Bun’s homemade hot sauce; as well as the fried chicken with urfa chilli butter and lemon.

Don’t miss Patty & Bun Soho’s bar (because burgers go best with booze, naturally!) There’s craft beer, wine and a cocktail menu created by Berber & Q’s head bartender, Danny Varley. How about the Patty & Bullshit: Bourbon, Aperol, Maraschino and Lemon? Or pay a tribute to The Stockpot, with The Stockpot Sour – with Gin, Amaretto, Amaro Nonino and honey.
