Baked Scallops

Ondine will be serving up a four-course menu using sustainable Scottish seafood and shellfish, which will be served simply to bring out their natural flavours.

Inspired by a love and appreciation of seafood, Ondine’s menu champions the freshest and most sustainable, seasonal ingredients, working with local produce. The local produce will be transferred to London fresh from the shoreline of the east coast of Scotland.

What to Eat

The menu will consist of courses that include Baked Scallop in the Shell, Fish and Shellfish Soup and Roast North Sea Cod, followed by desserts of Baked Treacle Tart and Clotted Cream Ice Cream.
