Beer lovers listen up, there’s a hop and spice mash-up in town. Chai Ki will be hosting First Monday Mash-ups with a great lineup of London’s craft brewers…

What is it…

Experiment with different brews and Chai Ki‘s bar plates at each mash up taking place on the first Monday of each month. Simple.

Chai Ki founder Rohit Chugh describes this as the perfect way to work with their favourite food & drink guys in London, having worked on a few pair ups with sister restaurant Roti Chai and guest collaborators. ‘For the first few Mash-Ups at Chai Ki, we’re delighted to offer guests the opportunity to see how well-balanced local craft beers work with the complex bold flavours of our bar plates.’ says Rohit.

Who will be there…

Guests will have the chance to sample Beak Brewery and Tap East on the 18 July; and Sambrook’s Brewery on 25 July.

What to eat…

Indulge in Chai Ki‘s bar plates, which include their Chilli, Coconut and Curry Leaf Coorgi Pork, especially created to match with Sambrook’s Brewed By the River series.
