For authentic Great British nosh, look no further than the Reform Social and Grill. Serving everything from fish and chips and the humble Yorkshire pud, to Eton mess and jelly and ice cream, the menu celebrates the best grub our isles have to offer…

Who are they?

Part of The Mandeville Hotel, the restaurant, which opened in 2012, takes inspiration from British gentlemen’s clubs in its décor, with copper walls and plush leather banquets, as well as its menus.

What to Eat?

The classic afternoon tea comes in two varieties – vintage and Gentlemen’s. Both are accompanied by bite-sized fancies and scones, but the first comes with everybody’s favourite crustless sandwiches and the other with tasty savouries including sausage rolls and fish fingers.

What to Drink?

Choose between a classic and wide variety of herbal teas or one of their sparkling cocktails – we recommend the British Colony.

Don’t miss the Yorkshire puddings

Best for…

Yorkshire puds! Who knew our favourite Sunday roast accompaniment could be transformed into such a delicious snack. We only tried the savoury menu – combined with traditional beef, salmon and melted brie – but will definitely be returning to sample the sweet one.

Don’t Miss

Their Around the World in 80 Days themed afternoon tea is coming soon, with elaborate displays of nibbles influenced by Phileas Foggs’ travels in New York, Hong Kong, Japan and India.

Where?

In the heart of Marylebone.
