Borough Destinations: Personalise your Visit

The London Coffee Festival has created London borough “zones”, so you can match your personal taste and style to the festival.

The Soho Area is the party venue with live DJs, spirits, coffee, and cocktails. Plus, The Union Roastery, will be presenting live roasting demonstrations, with founders Jeremy and Steven firing up their San Franciscan roaster.

The Shoreditch Area is home to some of the finest antipodean roasters including The Roasting Party and Ozone Coffee Roasters, as well as The Artisan School of Coffee – and check out the espresso masterclasses. Expect a party vibe with Sandows’ infamous Cold Brew Gin and Tonic and some of the best doughnuts around from Crosstown.

Kick back and relax on a deck chair in the Hyde Park Area, sip on a cocktail from the Espresso Martini Bar (oh yeah) as you soak up the sounds of the music stage.

Learn to Make Latte Art

Want to get creative with some latte art? Rachel’s Organic will be running live Latte Art Masterclasses throughout the event. At the Milk Bar, baristas will teach you how to perfectly texturise and pour milk like a pro. Why not test your new skills and take on the world’s best baristas in a head-to-head Latte Art Throwdown? Or simply sit back, relax and sip on delicious organic milk-based cocktails served up by expert mixologists.

Coffee Masters Champion

Designed to test the world’s best baristas’ expertise, craftsmanship and dedication, this multi-disciplinary event sees 16 contenders go head-to-head in an attempt to be crowned Coffee Masters Champion. Judged by a panel of industry figureheads, the contenders must prove their worth across six disciplines ranging from latte art to espresso blending. This year’s contenders are from as far afield as Australia, Japan and the USA.
