Bite Me Burger is coming to Holborn. It’s all about the mini burgers in this pop-up from Chef Adam Rawson…

What to Expect

This menu is inspired by the much-loved classics with a few twists. Take the Beef Encounter, an aged grilled beef patty, special burger sauce, American cheese, lettuce and pickles… a tribute to the Big Mac.

There’s also The BC, Rawson’s own version of the bacon cheeseburger, with cream cheese aioli, bacon and Brie.

Fancy something a little different?

Go for the Duck Me, a duck patty with truffle mayo, smoked hoisin, Swiss cheese and rocket; or the Pluck Me – for you buttermilk fried chicken lovers, with a dash of yuzu mayo and pickles thrown in.

Vegetarians, there’s something for you too, with the Veg Me, swapping out the meat for fried aubergine.

What to Drink

It’s all about the shakes here, with flavours including Coconut, Peanut Butter and Oreo.

Mini-burgers will be served as Duos (£9), Trios (£12.50), or Quads (£15).

Bite Me Burger Co | 36‐38, Kingsway, Holborn, WC2B 6EY | Opens fully Thursday 8 June.
