London Wine Week 18-24 May

News  /

Hold onto your hats, London Wine Week is back… with parties, pop-ups and tastings galore.

The wine festival, now in its second year, specialises in bespoke Wine Tours, where you’ll get access to dusty wine vaults, classic hotel bars and tiny hidden gems complete with a tip top sommelier to guide you to the best wines in town.

Across the week of 18-22 May 2015, your £10 wristband will get you £5 wine taster flights (which means a selection of wines to taste, to you and I), exclusive discounts and deals in over 100 venues across London.

Join in with masterclasses from experts and learn a thing or two about your favourite, and perhaps lesser known, vinos. Plus there’s tutored tastings, supper clubs, pairing menus, meet-the-maker evenings, parties and pop-ups to keep you busy every day of the week. Who needs work…
windowHow to get started…

To get in on the action, all you have to do is order a £10 wristband and head to one of the London Wine Week hubs from 18 May to pick it up. We’d advise visiting the Nyetimber Hub at Devonshire Square, each day you can grab your pre-ordered wristband from there, or buy one when you visit at no extra cost. It’s here that you can pick up your all-important free bar guide in order to choose which self-guided Wine Tours you want to go to, prices range from free (for those on a budget but in need of good vino) to pricier £45 food and wine pairings with experts.

And while you’re at Devonshire Square, don’t miss the free Tasting Station!

Last year, Drink Up London’s London Wine Week saw over 7,000 visitors drinking to London’s spectacular wine scene. Get involved! And have a sneaky tasting or few while you’re at it, it’s only polite.
