Burger-Lovers… Chuck Burger

Chuck Burger

If you know your BBQ, then you’ll know the team behind HotBox have been doing great burgers too from their converted Chevy Step Van at Street Feast’s Hawker House. And now Chuck Burger is at long last settling into a new home with a menu inspired by founder Basit Nasim‘s travels across America. Expect classic cheese burgers alongside their signature spicy Devil Burger with charred jalapenos, American cheese, grilled red onions, sriracha mayo, and topped with a green jalapeno sauce. Hot!

What to Try: The new Hot-Ox – aged chuck beef patty topped with slow cooked spicy oxtail chilli, American cheese, onions, pickles and chipotle mayo – and the Seoul Burger, crispy buttermilk fried chicken with Korean hot sauce and kimchi slaw.

Don’t Miss: Buffalo Wings; Mac ‘n’ Cheese Balls; Loaded Fries with homemade nacho sauce and pancetta bacon bits; and American-style desserts such as Key Lime Pie and the signature Lazy Sundae.
