Just as a good old-fashioned Christmas should never go without a good selection of cheeses, Byron has got into the spirit with four cheeses in its new Cheesemas burger: American, Monterey Jack, mature Cheddar and Red Leicester.
Add to that two six ounce patties and dry cure bacon (pigs in blankets Byron style), pickles and Cheesemas sauce and you have yourself Christmas in a burger.
