That’s right, from 1-8 June Chiswick is the place to be, with 50% off events and free pints and gin tasting galore, for the EatChiswick Food Festival.

sipsmithIn its first year, EatChiswick Food Festival will see bars, restaurants, shops and cafés all coming together to offer signature dishes, wine, gin and beer tastings and talks – get to as many of these events as possible with an EatChiswick wristband offering 50% off events and a host of deals.

There are some big names getting involved, too. Fuller’s is providing free pints to wristband holders in a selection of pubs, plus the brewery is joining with the guys at Sipsmith to offer distillery, brewery and craft beer tours on Monday 1 June and Monday 8 June at The Italian Job pub.

Can you handle your gin? Why not try the Hogarth & Gin talk and tasting on Thursday 4 June, filling you in on everything from 1752 to the present day. Now that’s a lot of gin.

If you fancy something a little more exotic, Pho is providing a £5 Vietnamese pho if you have a wristband and eat in. The steamy broth features chicken breast, enoki, shiitake, button mushrooms and pak choi.20141003_202733

However, the food festival has its roots firmly embedded in local and independent businesses. Take Sam’s Brasserie and Bar, slotted behind The Lamb pub, and winner of Open Table Diner’s Choice 2015, where head chef Mark has created a special dessert for EatChiswick with locally picked elderflower: Chiswick Elderflower Panna Cotta and Eton Mess ice cream.

Looking for something sparkling? Sam’s is giving wristband holders a complimentary bellini for up to four people when booking a table for lunch and dinner during the festival. Trust us, Sam’s knows how to put a cocktail together. Don’t miss its happy hour each week from 5-7pm Sunday to Thursday.

And for those of you looking to indulge your sweet tooth, sneak into Badger and Earl, hidden behind Chiswick Town Hall, for a free tea or coffee with any cake or muffin.

If all that still leaves you feeling hungry, don’t miss the free, pop-up street food festival between Linden Gardens and Devonshire Road on Saturday 6 June from 10am ’til 4pm.

You can buy a £10 wristband from the George IV pub on Chiswick High Street, W4 2DR or The City Barge, 27 Strand on the Green, W4 3PH.

SIGN UP for your FREE ticket to the CLOSING PARTY at 7.30pm on Monday 8 June at George IV pub HERE!

There are far too many offers and deals to mention, so EatChiswick have done the hard work for us at: where you can book events and read profiles of participating restaurants, bars and shops.
