Sipsmith Secret Sipping Garden: Charlotte’s W5

Kick back and relax in the ‘Sipsmith Secret Sipping Garden’, located in the terrace outside Charlotte’s W5. Charlotte’s W5 has partnered with Sipsmith to create a menu with Sipsmith tipples containing local fayre such as Ealing Honey and Electric Cold Brew Coffee, from artisan coffeemakers The Electric on Ealing’s Haven Green.

What to Drink: Make it a Slow GinFizz with grapefruit, lemon, sugar, egg white and Sipsmith Sloe Gin; or a Modern Gibson with onion jam, Belsazar Rose Vermouth and Sipsmith V.J.O.P. We love the sound of The Electric with Electric Cold Brew Coffee, almond syrup & Sipsmith Sipping Vodka.

Cinnamon Kitchen’s Bombay Sapphire Gin Garden

Cinnamon Kitchen, the modern-Indian restaurant in the City, has joined forces with Bombay Sapphire with a lush alfresco Gin Garden, and not only that but a Summer Pavilion popping up in its cocktail bar Anise. There’s a gin bar, a baby elephant replica, luxury gazebos and an outdoor TV screen showing summer’s sport.

What to Eat & Drink: It’s all about the Ultimate Gin & Tonic Twists such as Mint & Ginger, Chilli & Cucumber or the signature Starry Summers Night, made with Star of Bombay, green cardamom, cinnamon stick and tonic.

Soak it all up with bar snacks including traditional lamb shammi kebabs, East-meets-West masala potato wedges, and platters of farmhouse cheeses, served alongside naan bread and mixed chutneys.
