Some of London’s great chefs, 40 of London’s most exciting restaurants, interactive masterclasses and demos from those with the know-how, Taste of London is set to be your food heaven.
What to Eat
Feast on signature small-plate dishes from London’s most epic restaurants. You will find it hard to choose, so take some pals and get sharing!
The Restaurants: New to the line-up are Neil Rankin’s BBQ sensation Temper; Turkish Meyhane, Yosma, with its modern twist on a traditional Turkish tavern, Peruvian BBQ Señor Ceviche and Duck & Waffle Local.
There will be fine Indian dining from Jamavar; Nordic-French cuisine from Aster and more…
Taste favourites returning include Roka, Sartoria, Cinnamon Club, Café Spice, Chai Wu, M Restaurants, Bubbledogs and Vanilla Black, with more restaurants to be announced.
The Daily Special: Look out for The Daily Special rotating restaurant spot this year with Portland showcasing modern European dining on (Wednesday 14); Bao, bringing the buns to Regent’s Park on (riday 16 June); seasonal Indian cuisine served from Kricket (Sat 17 June), and finally Perilla (Sun 18 June), serving humble ingredients cooked to perfection.
The Taste Residence: BRand new to Taste, this is set to be a fine-dining experience for 20-24 guests, with a four-course tasting menu, and the chance to get up close and personal with the chefs serving them.
What to Drink
All that food isn’t complete without your favourite tipples to wash it all down. There’s a line-up of bubbles, craft beer and cocktails, as well as some of the best spirits to be showcased on the market.
It’s all about the House of Hops for you beer lovers. Check out the UK’s best craft beers and learn about food and beer matching.
Laurent-Perrier will be back with a VIP experience to remember, not to mention the launch of their brand new La Cuvée Champagne exclusively at Taste of London. Indulge in an ultimate champagne masterclass with a tasting of Laurent-Perrier’s entire range.
Whisky lovers! Head to the brand new Monkey Shoulder Whiskey Den (a whisky den like no other) and expect the unexpected with secret entrances, prizes, and damn tasty cocktails!
