HYPER JAPAN Christmas Market will bring the best of Japan to London.

What to Expect

With a focus on food and gifts, the Christmas Market will feature authentic Japanese food and cocktails with a Japanese twist. Grab unique presents and gifts while feasting on Japanese treats, from Pocky and Koala’s March to Hello Panda. A selection of Japanese teas will also be available, perfect for winter evenings.

What to Eat and Drink

Feast on Japanese street food at the Christmas Market, from Japanese curries to fresh sushi, in the Eat-Japan food court. Then there are hot bowls of miso soup, fluffy and sweet taiyaki pancakes, and succulent bites of sashimi and sake. Don’t miss the Sake Cocktail Awards with new talents and tastes.

The Sake Cocktail Awards will allow you to watch professional mixologists shake up cocktails, which you can then sample. A winner is crowned at the end of each day, based on visitors’ votes. These cocktail creations will redefine sake drinking. The Sake Cocktail Awards aren’t just interested in finding the best sake but the best combination, whether it’s for a New Year’s Eve celebration or evening drinks.

Don’t Miss

Wasabi in a cupcake? Apparently so. But that’s just one reason to take part in S&B’s Wasabi Cooking Demos. The demos focus on wasabi-centric dishes, introducing dishes that not only suit the local palate, but fit comfortably into anyone’s holiday food repertoire. Spaces are extremely limited, so get there early.
