Foodies Festival Christmas is back at the Old Truman Brewery this November.

What to Expect

Foodies Festival Christmas returns to London’s Old Truman Brewery from 18-20 November, to help you fill your Christmas stockings with top food and drink gifts. Plus fill your bellies with a host of street food, goodies and more. And you can get in the Christmas spirit with vintage-style singers and Christmas Carollers at the Live Music Stage.


Christmas food aplenty at Foodies Festival this winter

What to Eat

Stroll round the street food stalls and grab a bite, visit the Artisan Christmas Market complete with local producers offering everything from cheese and chutney to hampers and gifts or head to the Pudding Hall for sweet seasonal treats.

Check out the Cake and Bake Theatre, where burlesque baker Charlotte White will be creating a modern showstopper of a Contemporary Christmas Cake in just 30 minutes, while master chocolatier Fiona Sciolti will showcase a new selection of chocolate desserts and treats.


Christmas meringue

If you want to be more hands on, new for this year is the series of 12 Christmas Top Tip practical masterclasses, from learning the perfect way to curate a festive cheeseboard, to whipping up a Christmas spiced ice cream, and mastering the best techniques for curing salmon, there’ll be something for you.

What to Drink

Sip champagne with expert Neil Philips in the Drinks Theatre, or join wine experts Charles Metcalfe and Brian Elliot and enjoy their favourite Christmas tipples. Regular demonstrator Melissa Cole is on hand to guide you through craft beer tastings. Then don’t miss the gin, whisky and Christmas Cocktail masterclasses.

Top chefs come out in force at Foodies Festival. Jane Devonshire, MasterChef winner 2016, will be cooking up her favourite Christmas recipes, and is joined on stage by fellow MasterChef 2016 finalists Jack, Billy and Juanita. There’s a whole host of renowned chefs offering demonstrations across the long weekend, including top TV chef and chef director at Randall & Aubin, Ed Baines and Michelin-starred chef and Great British Menu winner Adam Simmonds plus many more.
