The House of Peroni

Food, News  /

If you haven’t booked yourself a week of sun in Sicily, or a weekend culture vulture trip to Rome this Summer, fear not: doors open tomorrow at the month-long Residency at the House of Peroni.

Dining Experience - Cropped

Visitors can indulge in and engage with various aspects of Italian culture: art, food, drink and music, set within a beautiful metropolitan garden inspired by the Piazza – the space that forms the “heart and soul of Italian life”. Ok, we promise to stay away from the mozzarella and parmesan.

Each evening will host a different event, from granita making, to mixology classes, to cinematic experiences, not forgetting the all important, food.

Drinks have been created by the talented molecular mixologist Simone Caporale, from The Langham Hotel’s bar Artesian. Each drink infuses Peroni with unusual flavours, vapours and foam in a playful and fun experience. Food is brought to you by Accursio Craparo in a six-course tasting menu, which caters not only to meat lovers, but vegans as well. Forget gelato, get in on Thursdays for a gin topped violet granita. Street food Fridays welcomes the tastes and flavours of Sicilian food from modern Italian traders.
