Street Eats: Sisu

Drink, Food  /

Hit the rooftops on Oxford Street with the opening of Sisu; London’s latest cocktail hotspot.

What to Expect

You may have visited this spot last year, when it was known as #NotchLDN. The team have this time, transformed the space into a Scandi-inspired greenhouse rooftop, where Londoners can escape the bustle of the shops, with street food and Negronis on tap.

What to Eat

Head to the RetrEat, as cosy as its name suggests. Guests can tuck into an international street food menu featuring miso aubergine tacos, fried chicken waffles, crispy squid with shredded kimchi, Canadian-style poutine (that’s chips and cheese with gravy!), and cheeseburger sliders with or without blue cheese and pickled jalapeños. mmm

What to Drink

The Sisu team have a coin-operated cocktail tap that allows customers with tokens to dispense their own Negronis and Old Fashioneds. There’s also Camden Town Brewery beers, Caple Rd cider, wines, plus a range of cocktails in regular or large jars.

Sisu serves food and drink between noon and 10pm every day, from now until late September.

Best for

That much needed break from the shops, with a cocktail or two.
