Pimp up your lunch with Simple Health Kitchen’s delicious salads.

What to Expect

Founder Bradley Hill wanted to challenge the misconception that healthy food is boring: you won’t find any limp lettuce leaves here. Instead, grab nutritious salads on the go from Simple Health Kitchen’s counter. It’s simple (as the name suggests): pick two or three salads and then add a protein for a well-balanced lunch or a quick dinner. There’s also a seating area with cushioned benches, so you can escape from the office for half an hour.

What to Eat and Drink

There are around ten salads on offer at a time, made fresh the same day. Options may include Black Rice with Apricots, Cauliflower Rice with Peas, or Spinach and Spring Greens with Lemon and Garlic Dressing. The proteins are lean and wholesome, such as Sicilian Salmon, Peri-Peri Chicken and Turkey Burger.

There’s always a vegetarian option too. There is a range of fruit-infused waters, juices and smoothies (made in-house), so you can leave feeling refreshed… with your skin (and conscience) glowing!
