Street Eats: Ping Pong

Food  /

Ping Pong’s new Dim-summer menu has landed and it features an exciting range of Shanghai street food.

What to eat

Our favourite new addition is the build your own Bao Buns. Similar to the classic pancake we love from the local Chinese, you can make the bun your own, choosing whether to pile your buns high with crispy duck, chilli prawn or crispy aubergine.

Another twist on a classic favourite, try the gluten free Rice Burger Sliders which come served with either, Pork Tenderloin, Chilli Prawn or Crispy Aubergine.

What to Drink

Smoothies are top of our list. Those looking for a summer detox can sample their wheatgrass laced Booster Juice or an acai and guarana-based Pep Talk.

For those looking to try the latest summer tipple, why not try Ping Pong’s take on a summer classic – Asian Pimm’s and Lemonade, which features osmanthus flower-infused rose’ and prosecco. Alternatively you can try their Lemongrass Sangria which features Bombay Sapphire gin, St. Germain, lemongrass, lime and white wine.

Don’t Miss

The black Coconut Ash Ice Cream which contains activated charcoal. It will leave your mouth black but help with the hangover!
