Pergola on the Roof will return to White City form 3 May for 22 weeks. The top of the Television Centre will be transformed into a picturesque vision of New York’s The Hamptons.

What to Expect

From a Nordic winter forest to a Mediterranean hotspot, Pergola on the Roof will this time reveal a taste of Long Island living.

What to Eat

Patty & Bun – this is ultimate burger bliss – full to bursting with the tastiest ingredients.

Approach with caution if you’re on a first date though – and keep a stash of napkins by your side to rectify the inevitable sauce on face/hands/shirt situation.

Breddos Tacos – Breddos’ street food is influenced by the roadside taquerias and restaurants they encountered on travels throughout America and Mexico.

8 Hoxton Square  Expect a menu celebrating the best of what is in season, with a casual and neighbourly ambiance, and inspiration from the Mediterranean. Think fresh, tasty and healthy.

Salt ‘n’ Sauce – London seafood restaurant Bonnie Gull is launching Salt ‘n’ Sauce (S’n’S) at Pergola on the Roof this summer, based on the iconic British chippy. Indulge in fish and chips, as well as other dishes including Salt ’n’ Pepper squid with compressed watermelon, and a fresh crab roll with tempura claw. And don’t miss their ‘whippy’ ice-cream cone complete with chocolate flake.

Don’t Miss
