Ben Spalding and his PuzzleProjects team have announced their new summer restaurant.

What to Eat

Head to the mezzanine restaurant and dine on inventive dishes including Gressingham Duck Breast cooked in a Chocolate Salt Crust; Chicken Skin Sandwich; Black Cod Ceviche with Iced Kaffir Lime. Or go for the famous ‘Chicken on a Brick’.

For dessert, try the cryptic Lemongrass Vs Ginger or the Cookie Dough Milkshake in a Shovel. You’ll just have to try it.

There’s also the relaxed no-reservation terrace and bar overlooking the festival. It’s all about the barbeque with dishes including the Barbecue Crack Rib for two, Cornish Monkfish roasted on the bone, and Charred Lamb Minute Steak cooked rare with Crispy Garlic & Lemon Thyme.

All ended with the Silky Charcoal Holy F*ck Fudge drenched in rum and set on fire.

What to Drink

It’s all about the beers from Gypsy Hill Brewery or go for summery cocktails.

Small Plate Sessions | The Last Days of Shoreditch | Tickets are £28 each, which includes any four dishes from the menu of small plates on offer that day. Order additional individual dishes priced between £4 – £12 per dish.
