Pop Feast April Supperclub

Pop Brixton’s chefs and traders are pleased to invite you back for the third round of their Pop Feast Supperclubs. Sit down for a culinary journey through six courses and three paired drinks from three of Pop Brixton’s amazing food traders.

Each chef will take on two courses, paired with their recommended drink, bringing three styles of cuisine together in a unique tasting menu.

And the chefs? It’s Ghana meets Indian meets Vietnamese with Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen, Baba G’s Bhangra Burger and Viet Box.


Scallop Carpaccio with mango jelly and crispy coriander tuile, served with Vietnamese vodka and lychee shot (Vietbox)

Green Masala Monk Fish served with a crisp shallot and potato bhaji (Baba G’s)

Keralan Salad with shrimp balchang, mango mint and chilli shaved ice cocktail (Baba G’s)

Vietnamese Duck Ravioli with mash taro, black garlic sauce and confit garlic (Vietbox)

Slow cooked diced leg of Goat Curry with wilted baby leaf spinach in a gently spiced curry with basmati rice and a Sobolo and Vodka cocktail (Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen)

Avocado and Cacao “Mousse” with agave syrup (Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen)

Plus, there’s music and entertainment from Josh Flowers & The Wild.
