We’re pretty excited about this collaboration – Pact Coffee and Pollen + Grace Pop Up at Old Street tube station. Ditch Starbucks and Pret in favour or something a little more interesting this week…

Wake up and smell the coffee…

Pact Coffee buy from dedicated farmers from across the globe. The beans are hand-roasted in small batches at Pact HQ in Bermondsey by the in-house roaster, Aissa – who is charge of making sure each coffee gets a custom roast to bring out its best qualities. If you’re yet to try it, head over to the Old Street Pop Up from 7.30am to 7pm every day until Saturday 6 February.

And while you’re at it, grab a foodie treat from Pollen + Grace, who are sharing the space with Pact Coffee all week in their very first pop up! This new foodie start-up is all about giving you good nutrition in a fun and easy way. They can tailor meals for vegan, vegetarian, paleo, coeliac, and lactose-free diets, plus all food is free from gluten, wheat, dairy and refined sugars. These guys have done their homework.

Pollen + Grace deliver inspiring lunches to your door (or desk!) – this Pop Up gives you the chance to see what they’re up to in the kitchen. Covering breakfast, lunch and dinner (and snack pots for in between) the selection includes: coconut porridge with spiced plum compote; orange + fennel hydration box – chicken; replenish + cleanse box – salmon; Thai pumpkin soup; seasonal tagine; protein pot; sweet treats like paleo banana bread and matcha bliss balls; and wash it all down with an almond, cacao or matcha “mylk”!
