What’s more, LPQ serves its selection of eggs throughout the day, meaning brunch on tap. There’s the Baked eggs with Salmon or the Scrambled Eggs using smoked Atlantic salmon with dill and lemon on toasted organic rye bread. Or keep it simple with a dippy egg. “Happy hens lay healthy eggs. That’s why all of ours are organic,” you can’t argue with that.

Back by popular demand (last year the Crème Egg Burger went viral) but this time, they’re deep fried. Of course. K West Hotel & Spa‘s Studio Kitchen is serving up mini slider “burgers”. But don’t let your eyes deceive you! This is a melted crème egg, smothered in golden batter and topped with mascarpone cream and strawberry jelly. If that’s not enough, it’s encased within a sweet brioche bun dipped in white chocolate and dusted in raspberry sprinkles.

Babelle’s Easter canelés are the perfect Easter gift

Babelle is a small, London-based company selling beautiful canelés – a traditional sweet delicacy from the Bordeaux region of France, with a caramelised crust and soft custardy centre. This Easter, there are three canelés topped with a delicate white chocolate egg: lime flavoured, coconut flavoured and Poire Williams flavoured. And if you want to take fancy up a notch, try the canelé topped with a milk chocolate butterfly filled with chocolate ganache.
