You’re spoilt for choice with Yolk’s Steak Béarnaise sandwich – made with bavette steak from Tom Hixson of Smithfield, served with brown butter béarnaise, caramelised balsamic onions and fresh rocket leaves on a hot ciabatta.
Try Yolk’s signature Eggs Benedict pot, perfect for brekkie, perfectly-poached Burford Brown eggs, served with pulled 24 hour ham hock, Yolk’s famous hollandaise and cayenne pepper twist.
Don’t miss the Rancheros egg pot with smashed avocado, chilli, lime and coriander, for you avocado lovers.
Or do you indulge in the confit Duck Bun with applewood-smoked aioli and duck-skin crackling. Mmmm.
