Get in on the soft launch of Gabeto…
What to Expect
Between Thursday 29 June and Wednesday 5 July, head to the restaurant and bar Gabeto in Camden Market with a 50% discounted soft launch. Yeh that’s right.
What to Eat
Head Chef Lee Andrews, formerly of Chiltern Firehouse, has created a menu that mixes British ingredients with a hint of Latin flavours. Think tacos, small plates (including beetroot-cured salmon; chorizo scotch egg; and Cornish crab, avocado, tomato and grapefruit), as well as rare-breed steaks from the charcoal oven.
Start the day with breakfast or brunch with dishes including Scottish lobster tail with omelette, matched with treats from the Bloody Mary menu.
All-day favourites on the menu include chicken Caesar salad with raw kale; or ham hock terrine with Chiron; or for for a vegetable feast with the smoked cauliflower steak with cauliflower purée, girolles, romanesco, baby aubergine and truffle.
There will also be food huts and an ever-changing line-up of street food pop-ups (curated by General Manager Nicol Dwyer, who joins Gabeto from Dinerama) on the outdoor terrace.
