Gaucho Smithfield has launched a new gourmet burger menu, complete with their famous Argentinian flavours.

What to Expect

To show a bit of neighbourly love to Smithfield Meat Market, Gaucho Smithfield have created a stellar cast of burgers to celebrate the range of meat on offer at this historic venue. Having supplied restaurants like Gaucho with meat for over 140 years, it’s time to treat Smithfield Meat Market with some burger-loving respect.

Famous for their grass-fed Argentinan steak, Gaucho has turned to a new selection of meat, fusing classic combos with more unusual ingredients. Stop by for a high quality burger with an Argentinian twist.

What to Eat

Choose from the classic Gaucho Burger, a blend of four cuts of beef with smoked bacon, caramelised onions, provolone cheese, garlic mayonnaise and homemade ketchup, or the juicy Lamb Burger, served with crispy coppa ham and melted provolone cheese, and coated with a fragrant basil aioli.

Bird-lovers can clutch a Chicken Burger with a delicious spiced marinade on fried chicken breast and punchy chimichurri, sandwiched between a focaccia bun.

Or get decadent with the Confit Pork Belly Burger, packed with green tomato and jalapeno chutney.

Where?

Balanced between the City and Clerkenwell, and a stone’s throw from the Smithfield Meat Market.
