Move over #DalstonYard, there’s a new kid on the block: #ModelMarket.

Let’s not panic, ModelMarket and DalstonYard are by the very same people – Street Feast – who have been taking warehouses, car parks and yards and turning them into street food playgrounds.

Their latest setup takes on South East London – Lewisham. What’s there you ask? Other than the high street, I haven’t a clue, and that’s kinda the point – sharing amazing food in an unexpected part of London.

ModelMarket has reclaimed the old abandoned market from the 1950s and will host some of the best street food in London in 10 MicroDiners. Feast on global flavours – in the diners or out, and expect the usual fire pits and an open yard for some sun, music and drink!

Our faves: EVERYTHING! There’s the rum shack (forget a glass of wine a day, it should be a rum a day); Mama’s Jerk’s spice; tasty Indian sliders at Rola Wala; fragrant buns at Yum Bun; SmokeStak’s pulled pork; those DogTown HotDogs and sweet treats at SE Cakery. I could go on.

#ModelMarket = Summer Vibes.
