North Londoners rejoice! There’s a new street food market in town, and it’s right on your doorstep…

What to Expect

The renowned Epicurean Events street food specialists have added another string to their bow with the new Islington Green Night Market this autumn. Set to compete with the neighbouring food scene in Shoreditch and Dalston, Islington Green Night Market will offer a range of global street food a stone’s throw from London’s Angel, every Saturday from 3 September, from 5-9pm.

What to Eat

You’ll get to try street food from across the globe. Comfort Kitchen will be serving up old Southern style chicken; Tico’s (pictured top) is bringing its loaded Brazilian style hotdogs; grab a Venezuelan arepa from Guasacaca, taste Asian-inspired dishes with a twist from Chunky Buddha; and Cheeky Burger takes the classic burger up a notch with classically trained French chef Sebastien’s amazing sauces and relishes. You may have spotted him on MasterChef Professionals.

Best for…

There’s no better excuse to explore north London than a brand new street food market. This is the perfect spot to grab some authentic street food before heading to Angel‘s bustling Upper Street. Whether it’s pre-cinema, pre-big night out, or you simply want some good grub, feast away.

We’ll leave you with THIS…
