It’s finally here! The Night Tube has launched, and bars and restaurants across London are taking advantage of the night owls among us. Gaucho has followed suit with a special late night menu.

What to Expect

Taking inspiration from the Argentine culture of late-night dining, Gaucho Piccadilly (on the Victoria Line and incidentally former home of a Spanish Ambassador) has created a menu of sharing dishes served from 10pm ’til 1am.

What to Eat

Devised by Gaucho’s executive chef Jamie Robertson the dishes include the signature Beef Empanadas and Rump Steak. For a fresh taste, there’s the fragrant Tuna Ceviche Spoons. And the much-loved chunky Truffle Chips will make an appearance.

What to Drink

Sip on a fabulous selection of Argentine wines; choose from a collection of fine and rare vino or play it safe with a fabulous Malbec, Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc. Cocktails include Buonos Aires Classics that celebrate the golden era, such as The Claridge with Tanqueray No. Ten gin, Noilly Prat vermouth, apricot brandy and Cointreau, right up to recipes inspired by current cultures adopted by Buenos Aires, like Betsy Bulleit Ice Tea with Bulleit bourbon, limoncello, fresh lemon, raspberries, jasmine and Earl Grey tea infusion.
