What to Expect?
Head to the 40th floor and indulge in Chef Director Dan Doherty’s new, hand-crafted late night menu, designed specifically to satisfy sweet and savoury midnight cravings. Perfect, if you can barely make decisions at any other time of the day…
What to Eat
The four-course sharing menu kicks off with the moreish BBQ Spiced Pigs Ears, followed by newly added dishes including Salt Beef Grilled Cheese with gruyère, farmhouse loaf, pickles. Tuck into succulent mini Harissa Lamb Burgers topped with pickled red onion & ranch dressing on a brioche bun.
And for those with a sweet tooth? There’s the Chocolate Fondant with peanut butter ganache, vanilla ice cream and praline crunch.
What to Drink
Each course is paired with creative cocktails. Sip on the Strawberry which uses all aspects of the fruit with preserved strawberry leaf concentrate, discarded strawberry cordial, pickled strawberry distillate and fermented wine. There’s The Espresso Martini or the ExPresso Martini with Grey Goose vodka, chicory & birch bark liqueur, dandelion ‘coffee’ for those who want to don’t want to stay up much past the feast.
