Save the date for 17 July as Ahi Poké Victoria will fuse the relaxed style of Hawaiian beach shacks with the laid-back bar vibes of LA.
What to Try
Feast on traditional recipes with fresh, nutritional poké bowls and clean, vibrant flavours.
Choose from Oahu – rice, ahi tuna, red onion, fried onion, radish, carrot, coriander and sesame shoyu.
Then there’s the Sweet Green – with kale, mushroom, edamame, confit ginger, radish, carrot and sweet ponzu.
Heat lovers can go for the Heat Wave – quinoa, salmon, avocado, kimchee cucumber, red onion, coriander and sriracha mayo. Or go for the Venice – quinoa, shrimp, confit ginger, pineapple, edamame, radish and Leche de Tigre.
All poké bowls are made to order, using fresh ingredients, and can be customised as diners choose their favourite base (rice, quinoa, kale), protein (sustainably sourced salmon, ahi tuna and shrimp, or marinated mushrooms), sauce (sesame shoyu, sweet ponzu, leche de tigre, sriracha mayo) and topping (edamame, coriander, carrot, kimchee cucumber, radish, red onion, confit ginger, coconut sweet potato).
Daily and weekly specials will also be featured, alongside a selection of premium non-alcoholic beverages, and Earl Grey pineapple or milk chocolate cookies for dessert. To fit the brand’s sustainable ethos, all orders will be served in compostable containers.
To celebrate the launch of their second site, Ahi Poke will be offering 50% off every customer’s total bill, for the entire opening day. This will include their signature bowls.
